Refund and Cancellation Policy

More than 60 days before the event: the deposit is retained; any balance already paid is refunded.

Between 30 and 60 days before the event: 50% of the full fee is payable.

Less than 30 days before the event: 100% of the fee is payable.

Travel and accommodation costs already incurred are not refundable.

One date change requested at least 30 days in advance may be accepted without penalty, subject to the artist's availability, within six months of the original date.

Fees for work already delivered are not refundable. Prepaid work not yet started may be refunded, less any administration costs, if cancelled in writing.

Approved refunds are paid to the original payment method within 14 business days. Send cancellation requests to abelngengele@gmail.com with your booking reference.
